We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return and refund.Â
How to Request a Replacement or Refund

Document the issue:  Take clear photos or videos that show the damage or the incorrect item. Make sure to include:
• The product
• The packaging
• A close up of the damage, defect, or incorrect item

• Your order number
• The photos or videos showing the issue

Review and Approval: Our team will review your request and verify the issue. If approved, you may choose either a replacement, a refund, or a return.
Replacement: Once approved, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost.
Refund: If you choose a refund, it will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and the specific address of our nearest processing center.
Refund Method and Currency
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
BUBINNA is not responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion differences, or delays caused by your payment provider.
Return Costs
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items:
- BUBINNA covers all return shipping costs
- We provide a prepaid return label
 Change of Mind (No Longer Wanted, Ordered Wrong Size/Color, Ordered in Error):
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping fees are non-refundable
All Other Returns:
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, as determined by our team
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, some items may not be eligible for replacement or refund. These products will be clearly marked as non-returnable in the product description.
Exchanges
We do not accept direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size, color, or product:
- Return your original item for a refund following the process above
- Place a new order for the item you prefer
This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible while your return is being processed.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is processed or shipped for a full refund.

- If your order has already been processed or shipped, you can return it within 30 days of delivery
